Requirements:

• Proven experience in post sales or operations role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good Communication skills : Written and Verbal both.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A customer-centric approach with a focus on satisfaction.
• Ability to Work under pressure.
• Collaborative mindset for effective cross-team coordination.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
• Problem-solving skills to address complex operational challenges.
• Eagerness to contribute to a dynamic and evolving work environment.
• Ability to work on weekends / rotational shifts

MUST :

1. A background in the travel industry
2. Strong product and destination knowledge, especially for Thailand, Singapore, and Malaysia. Additional destination expertise is a plus.
