1. Sales and Revenue Generation: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals by driving new customer acquisitions and fostering repeat business. Collaborating with sales teams to develop effective strategies and optimize conversion rates.

2. Lead Generation and Acquisition: Proactively identifying and generating leads through face to face meetings and other various channels, including online platforms, industry events, partnerships, and networking. Establishing and nurturing relationships with potential customers and partners.

3. Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategic business development plans aligned with the company’s goals and objectives. Identifying key growth areas and creating strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones.

4. Market Research and Analysis: Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential target segments. Analyzing competitors’ offerings, pricing strategies, and market positioning.

Required Qualifications: 

Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. Additional certifications or advanced degrees may be advantageous.

Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the online travel industry, including knowledge of market trends, competitive landscape, distribution channels, and key players.

Sales and Business Development Experience: Demonstrated experience in sales and business development, preferably within the travel industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Relationship Building: Strong networking and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain strategic partnerships with hotels, airlines, tourism boards, travel agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.

Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively convey the value proposition of the agency and articulate complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, identify growth opportunities, and develop actionable plans to achieve business objectives.
