Monitor the company&#8217;s financial performance and provide analysis to support decision-making.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with other departments to create annual budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor and report on budget variances, providing recommendations to improve financial performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Financial Planning and Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and evaluate business opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships. Assess the financial feasibility and profitability of new projects or ventures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure the company&#8217;s financial stability. Implement effective cash management strategies, including forecasting cash needs and optimizing working capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6. Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks, such as foreign exchange exposure and credit risk. Implement risk mitigation strategies and maintain appropriate insurance coverage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7. Team Leadership: Manage the finance team, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day activities. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8. Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including executive management, investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies. Present financial information and provide recommendations to support strategic decision-making.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9. Compliance and Audit: Ensure compliance with financial laws and regulations. Coordinate and support external audits, implementing recommendations to enhance financial controls and processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10. Technological Advancement: Stay updated with the latest financial tools, technologies, and industry trends. Identify opportunities to leverage technology to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Required Qualifications:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Chartered Accountant &amp; MBA Finance with at least 8 years of experience at managerial \/ HOD level.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Should have managed accounting multiple\/group of companies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Should have planning, organisational &amp; administrative skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Thorough knowledge of BI tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advance level of automation, financial software, MS excel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Structuring of companies&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of M&amp;A , valuation of the companies, dealing with investors &amp; stake holders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relationship management with Banks &amp; Financial institutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Desired Qualifications:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Knowledge \/ Exposure of the Asian financial systems would be an advantage.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Overseeing and managing the financial operations and strategies of the organization.
